Linda has the knowledge and practical experience of applying the appellate practice rules and procedures to ensure compliance with procedural requirements to avoid unnecessary dismissal of appeals. She will share her experience of applying persuasive writing and oral argument techniques to enhance thorough consideration of their position on appeal.
